Welcome! This Shipping Policy explains how orders from timordei.com are processed, shipped, and delivered to you. By placing an order, you agree to the terms below.
1. Order Processing

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and Greek national holidays.

Orders placed after 8:00 PM EET on business days, or on weekends/holidays, will begin processing on the next business day.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has been shipped, including tracking information where available.
2. Shipping Methods & Carriers

We use reputable courier partners for deliveries within Greece and internationally.

Domestic (Greece) shipments are typically handled by trusted local couriers.

International shipments within Europe and beyond are sent via established international carriers.
3. Shipping Fees
Domestic (Greece):

Free standard shipping on orders over €70.

For orders under €70, a standard shipping fee of €4.00 applies.

A cash on delivery (COD) option is NOT available for the time being.
European Union & International:

Standard international shipping rates vary by destination and are calculated at checkout.

Duties, taxes, and customs fees for orders shipped outside the EU may be charged by local customs offices and are the responsibility of the recipient.
4. Estimated Delivery Times
Within Greece:

Mainland & major islands: usually 1–4 business days after shipment.

Remote areas & smaller islands: may take up to 5–7 business days, depending on courier availability and location.
International:

European Union: estimated 5–10 business days after shipment.

Outside the EU: delivery times vary by country and local customs processing.
All delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to weather, customs, carrier issues, or events beyond our control.
5. Tracking & Notifications

Once your order leaves our warehouse, we’ll send a tracking number (when available).

You can track your shipment directly through the courier’s tracking portal.

Note: Some destinations may not offer real-time tracking updates.
6. Risk of Loss & Title

For EU customers, risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier, in line with applicable consumer protection laws.

For customers outside the EU, risk passes upon transfer to the shipping carrier at origin.
(This aligns with consumer protection requirements for online sales.)
7. Shipping Restrictions

We do not deliver to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

Some international shipments may be subject to local restrictions or import requirements — check local laws before ordering.

If delivery is refused or undeliverable due to inaccurate address information, additional shipping charges may apply.
8. Delivery Issues

If your order is lost or damaged in transit, contact us at shoptimordei@gmail.com with your order number and photos (if applicable). We will work with the courier to resolve the issue.

Timor Dei is not responsible for delivery carrier delays or customs clearance delays.
